ADULT EDUCATION

We offer a variety of classes and studies throughout the week to broaden your learning and enrich your faith. These include Torah studies, Hebrew classes, and other topics of interest.

DANCE

Dance is also an important part of our worship and communal celebrations. Our founding rabbi is known as “the dancing rabbi” and author of the popular book, Dancing for Joy. Our dance team regularly performs at local events, congregations, and conferences.

SISTERHOOD

Our sisterhood brings together women from diverse backgrounds and in various stages of life to learn, have fun, pray for one another, and to encourage and support each other. We enjoy gatherings in various homes, as well as recreational outings and events. Our annual weekend retreats are always well attended and provide a time for rest and deepening relationships for spiritual renewal.

CHILDREN’S EDUCATION

Our congregation welcomes families and children of all ages, encouraging them to participate in various parts of the service. We also offer a Junior Shabbat program for children, nursery care for infants and toddlers during the main service, and a youth group. Bar and Bat Mitzvah preparation is also available.

MUSIC AND LITURGY

Our services are a soulful blend of tradition and innovation. We use a traditional prayer book, incorporating liturgy in Hebrew and English, infused with contemporary music and joyous melodies.

The music team is made up of a number of accomplished and talented musicians and vocalists, many of whom also perform professionally. They regularly participate in conferences and special events.

HELPING HANDS

Serving others is one of our core values. Our Helping Hands ministry, led by Karin Foreman, distributes clothes, school supplies, and other items throughout the year.

MEN’S GROUP

Our Men’s Group welcomes men of all ages and backgrounds who have a desire for community and to learn and deepen their spiritual relationships. We offer a host of activities that are fun and compelling.
